Q: How to shop?
A: Choose your product and click "Buy it Now" or "Add to cart"

Once all required detail has been filled up, scroll to the bottom and click "Continue to Shipping" section
Double check your Contact & shipping information before proceeding to the Payment section. Click "Continue to Payment"
Over here you have 2 payment option before proceeding to make payment.
Choose "Billplz" for if you prefer online banking etc Maybank2u, HLBB, CIMB
Choose "Paypal" if you prefer this method of payment
Q: Do I need to register to shop?
A: Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, payment status & tracking number. However, you may still checkout as a guest. Do note that you’re unable to find your tracking number and order details at our store without registering as a member with us. You can still find the above information in your mailbox though.
Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click here to register by filling in your details and following the instructions.
Q: I forgot my password or my password does not work?
A: Click ‘Forget Password’ and key in your email to reset your password
Q: What are newsletters and why should I subscribe to it?
A: Newsletters are usually used to keep you up to date with exclusive deals and product highlights.

Q: Can I receive my order tomorrow or specific date if I place the order today?
A: You will receive your orders within 3 working days (domestic orders), 5-15 working days (international orders) upon order placement.

Q: How do I make payments?
A: All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Billplz, a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards (Paypal) and local bank online transfers. Follow the instructions on above on order section.
Q: Do you offer direct bank transfers / atm transfer / meet up / cash on delivery (COD)?
A: We do not offer these services at the moment.

Q: Can I have your bank account number?
A: Bank account numbers are not needed as our payments were collected by Malaysia Most Trusted Payment Gateway, Billplz. All transaction details will automatically filled it by the system upon check out.
